According to various sources, Xiaomi is expected to hold a press conference between early to mid-August to launch some highly anticipated new devices including the Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 and the Mi Pad 5.

Well, this morning, well-known Chinese blogger Digital Chat Station shared a photo of what should be the new tempered glass film for Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship codenamed K8. As we learned earlier, the codename K8 corresponds to the next smartphone in the MIX series, namely the Mi MIX 4

In any case, the tempered glass film confirms once again that the Mi MIX 4 adopts a true “full screen” design, without elements that disturb its design such as holes or notch on the front, we also have a small curvature in the corners and very thin edges

As we already know, the upcoming Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 should become the first smartphone with a flexible curved screen from Xiaomi, it will also have curved edges on the sides, a size of 6.67 inches with Full HD+ resolution (no 2K+) and will be manufactured by Chinese company TCL Huaxing.

As for the

other specifications, apart from bringing the hidden camera screen, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 will also have top performance. In fact, the smartphone will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus processor (it should be the first device in the world with this chip).

Moreover, in terms of charging specifications, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 will also bring a more high-end configuration. It has been reported that the smartphone will feature a 5000 mAh super battery, which should be similar to the silicon oxide battery in the previous Xiaomi Mi 11. While the wired charging speed will be upgraded to 120W and 70-80 W wireless fast charging.
