Updating its current lineup with a new larger model, MSI has just unveiled the new Summit E16 Flip, its new premium convertible that comes to market as a next-generation display, updated inside and out with the 11th generation Intel Core processors, offering a perfect balance between performance and portability.

After its announcement at CES 2021, finally the MSI Summit E16 Flip is ready to hit the market, presenting itself with a minimalist and elegant design marked by angular lines, and two color options that will make it stand out even more, repeating with a black color with gold edges and details, and a white backlight for the entire surface and keys of the keyboard. But that’s not all, as this laptop has a 16-inch screen with QHD+ resolution in an interesting 16:10 ratio, called Golden Ratio, in reference to the law of the mathematical “golden ratio”.

All of this is backed by the powerful Intel Core i7-1195G7 processor, the most powerful ultra-light Tiger Lake chip currently offered by the company, two choices of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 or 3050 Ti graphics cards (in addition to the integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics), 16GB of LPDDR4 RAM, and NVMe M2 PCIe Gen4 SSD internal storage.

While temperatures for all this power will be safely tucked away thanks to the Dynamic Cooler Boost design, which helps distribute heat from both the CPU and GPU, as well as maintaining maximum efficiency under very quiet, sub-35dB performance.

In addition to its satisfactory performance, its features also provide excellent working or editing experiences, adding the support of the MSI Pen stylus, presented and awarded during the same CES 2021. A utility that is completed with its enormous portability, with a really reduced weight and thickness, and a large battery with an estimated battery life of more than 16 hours and fast charging support, which will allow us to extend 2.5 hours of battery life with a charge of just 15 minutes.

Although for the moment it has not been announced its final price, given the figures seen in the MSI Summit E13 Flip, we would expect a figure above $ 1,599. A price that although it is a little far from being affordable for all budgets, it will undoubtedly be amply compensated.
